2012 Photo Contest

1st place prize:  $30 credit at the Running Moon Farm Catalog donated by Lloyd & Margrett Stretton.

2nd place prize:  $25 gift certificate to Premier 1 Supplies donated by A+S.

3rd place prize:  1 year membership to the Gulf Coast Sheep Breeders Association.

We encourage you to enter and submit your photo’s. It should be a lot of fun and show some really nice animals to the public. Just another way we are trying to get our information and news out to the public about this wonderful breed of sheep. Join us and help us make this a wonderful event.

Contest ends May 31. Photos need to be sent to info@gulfcoastsheep.info 

The Board of Directors will Judge and pick the top twelve photos. Of those twelve we will have first, second and third prize with nine honorable mentions. 

The contest is open to all members in good standing.  Photographs must be taken by the member.

Submit your clear, full resolution photo, no more than 5MB in size, of representative registered animals of the Gulf Coast Sheep that can be used to promote the breed in Association usage. Once presented in the contest, the Association retains the right to use the photos for it’s website, press and promotional purposes.  Proper credit will be given to the photo submitter, but use of the photo will be released to the Association to be used in the promotion of the Gulf Coast Sheep Breed with all rights to the Photo without compensation.
